‘Banaras’ for Indian Panorama at IFFI

Urmila Matondkar’s ‘Banaras A Mystic Love Story’ will be screened at Indian Panorama section of the forthcoming International Film Festival of India (IFFI) to be held this month in Goa.

Directed by Pankuj Parashar, the film is a love story and revolves around Benaras, the oldest living city and the spiritual capitol of the world. The film features Urmila Matondkar, Ashmit Patel, Naseeruddin Shah, Raj Babbar, Dimple Kapadia, Akash Khurana and others.

Other credits include music by Himesh Reshammiya, lyrics by Sameer, cinematography by Nirav Shah, art by Nitish Roy, story by L.C.Singh, screenplay by L.C.Singh and Javed Siddiqui, dialogue by Javed Siddiqui and choreography by Saroj Khan.
